Ingredient questions, corrections, and clarifications about anything published on this site. If a product description no longer matches the current label, or you think a passage reads like a claim rather than a description, tell us and we will check it. We also welcome suggestions for ingredients we have not covered, particularly from regional formulas sold in Indonesia. If you are unsure whether your question fits, send it anyway and we will point you to the right page.
We cannot answer medical questions, recommend a product for your personal situation, or respond to requests for free supplement samples. If your question is about a specific formula on the site, include the product name so we can check the right label.

We also cannot help with orders, shipping or returns for products bought elsewhere, because IndoVital does not sell supplements. Unpublished drafts and ingredient sourcing documents that manufacturers have not published themselves stay unpublished here.
Corrections to product descriptions
Tell us what the label says now
Include the product name, the page where you saw the issue, and what the current label or listing shows. A photograph of the label helps. We verify against the manufacturer page or the regional listing and publish a correction when one is due. Formulations change without notice, so reader reports are how most outdated descriptions get caught, and we would rather revise a page than leave something inaccurate in place.
Write with the subject line "Correction" so it sorts ahead of general messages in our inbox, and add the men's vitamin formula name exactly as we have it on the page so we can find the right entry.

No. We describe ingredients, formats and what a label lists; we do not diagnose anything or match a formula to your situation. For anything involving medication, an existing condition or a change in how you feel, a qualified healthcare professional is the right person to ask.
What should I include in a correction? Answer
The product name as it appears on the page, the page itself, and what the current label or listing shows instead. If you can attach or describe the label clearly, we can compare it against the manufacturer page or the regional listing and update the entry when the difference is confirmed.
Do you sell supplements or handle orders? Answer
No. IndoVital is a reading and reference site. We do not sell supplements, take orders, arrange shipping or process returns, so we cannot help with a purchase made somewhere else. Questions about a delivery or a refund belong with the shop or seller you bought from.
How do you decide what gets covered on the site? Answer
We look at whether an ingredient or a men's vitamin formula appears widely in products sold in Indonesia, whether a manufacturer or a regulator publishes something we can check, and whether the published material describes the ingredient clearly enough to write about without overstating it. Pages we cannot support with checkable material do not go up.
Can you share a draft or sourcing document? Answer
No. Unpublished drafts stay unpublished, and sourcing documents that a manufacturer has not released publicly are not ours to pass on. What we can do is point you to what is already published and explain how the page was written.
